TODAY'S MOMENTUMThree small anchors. One clear day.
Build a rhythm of movement, nourishment and recovery that fits real life. Explore strength workouts, walking and conditioning, plan your meals, and notice progress beyond the scale.
Your progress, in pictures and numbers. Follow weight changes and health trends, record measurements, and keep personal progress photos behind a dedicated app section. Review activity, steps and sleep from Apple Health with your permission. Notice results over time: consistency, energy, stronger habits and the changes you can see.
Begin today: choose a workout or walk, plan your next meal, and record your starting point. Photos and personal health entries are not published on this website.
Private pilot: Snap a Meal returns estimated calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates and fiber inside the app—then lets you edit and review before saving. Photos cannot measure portions or hidden ingredients precisely. The private pilot is not yet available to public testers. Manual entry and reusable saved foods remain part of the app.

Feed your mind with ideas that help you live intentionally. Revisit encouraging life-coaching wisdom, recognize your strengths, read something worthwhile and reflect on what gives you energy.
Encouragement that becomes action. Coaching Notes, rotating reviews, reading habits and Power Music help you reset your perspective and take the next useful step. Positivity does not mean ignoring hard days: name the challenge, remember what has worked, and notice the wins worth repeating.
Begin today: read a few pages, capture one helpful thought, and choose how you will put it into practice. Look for progress in your responses, relationships and daily choices—not just completed tasks.
03
Make consistent space for God's Word, prayer and gratitude. Rooted in Christian faith, Spirit connects what you believe with how you live: bring your goals, struggles and decisions before God, and reflect honestly on the next faithful step.
A personal prayer journal. Keep prayer requests and reflections, return to the people and needs on your heart, and mark prayers answered. The next refinement will organize Who, What and Answered Prayer notes more clearly, so you can look back and remember where you have seen God at work.
Accountability before God. Read Scripture, examine your choices, acknowledge where you need grace and choose a response shaped by faith. This is an invitation to consistency and stewardship—not a spiritual score or a promise of a particular outcome.
Begin today: read a passage, pray for one person, and write a gratitude or honest reflection. Your prayer entries remain personal; they are never displayed on this public page.

What is waiting beyond your everyday?
A mountain to explore. A trail with your family. The energy to say yes to something new. Growth is not only about the numbers—it is also about the life those habits help you live.
Name an adventure you hope for, then choose a small step that moves you toward it. Your destination can be extraordinary, or beautifully close to home.
A place to practice worship music on piano and guitar, one section at a time.
Now in the newest internal beta. Music Hub is included in the latest uploaded BeHope360 candidate. Availability depends on the TestFlight build assigned to each testing group.
Choose a progression. Practice a real situation.
The next candidate adds eight common progressions with separate Piano and Guitar modes. Choose clean chord changes, building a worship arrangement, accompanying a singer, or recovering from a missed chord. Each scenario sets a useful starting tempo and playing pattern.
Practice the part that needs work.
Song Studio brings editable verse and chorus chord sequences, slower section loops, left- and right-hand piano patterns, counted guitar strums, and a key and capo helper together. Starter loops are practice exercises, not official song charts.
Hear it. See it. Play it.
Live chord highlighting follows each progression while playable piano voicings and guitar strums demonstrate the rhythm. Piano includes hand guidance; guitar includes selectable downstroke, eighth-note, and worship patterns.
Tune up. Pick up where you left off.
A dedicated guitar tuner supports standard and Drop D tuning, automatic string detection and reference notes. Save practice notes, arrange a worship set, and review weekly practice. Bundled tools work without a running Mac; YouTube lessons need internet.
In the app: Spirit → Worship & Practice → Music Hub. Expanded progressions and scenarios are prepared for build 39.
Build 38 was uploaded to TestFlight on September 16. It adds an at-a-glance food row beneath Steps, Move and Sleep—with calories, protein, carbohydrates and fiber—and keeps Apple Health permissions in the signed package. Availability depends on the build assigned to your testing group.
Build 39 is now being prepared with expanded piano and guitar chord progressions, guided practice scenarios, live chord steps and playable rhythm examples. Recent candidates also include private body-photo comparisons, weekly step history, multiple North Star goals, a 52-week Mind coaching journey and calendar-first Pilot Schedule tools.

WHY IT BEGAN
A personal journey. A purpose worth sharing.
“It’s the app I wish I had when I started. Now I’m building it for you.”
BeHope360 grew from Brian Hope’s journey toward his 60th birthday—and the man, husband, father, friend and pilot he wanted to become. The destination was a birthday. The deeper purpose was a life lived with intention.
Your destination may be different: more energy, a stronger relationship, financial freedom or a meaningful next chapter. The invitation is the same: look forward, stay grounded and take action today.
